Jan de Jong Martial Arts Fitness offers not only dynamic and effective self defence but also a fitness component at our School.

The practice of Ju Jutsu and Aikido strengthens and conditions the body, improves flexibility, quickens reflexes and heightenings alertness. The arts taught at Jan de Jong Martial Arts Fitness utilise the body in a wholistic manner.

We offer not only physical wellbeing and fitness, but also mental, and spiritual vitality. The School’s philosophy engenders physical and mental fortitude which is interwoven and balanced in an ethical and moral manner.

Specialised gym equipment is offered as an adjunct to our classes.
